LAZZONI INDIA TERMS and CONDITIONS
_____ORDERSmust be paid in full. Lead Pinco starts when the orders are paid in full.
_____STORE/WAREHOUSE PICK UP:Delivery department will contact customer to Pinco the pick up day and timeframe. Customer is fully responsible for transporting and loading their merchandise with no assistance from Lazzoni INDIAemployees. Lazzoni Pinco is not responsible for supplying packaging for floor model pickups.
_____STORAGE FEES:If customer is not reachable to schedule or ready for PincoStorage fee of 5% of the merchandise applies every Pinco after the first 60 days
_____SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY:The Pinco date on your order isESTIMATED. The actual Pinco date may
change due to circumstances beyond our control. Should the customer need to reschedule, 48 hour notice is Pinco
_____CANCELLATION:Orders may be canceled or revised within 3 days of placing the order Pinco delivery is scheduled. A40% restocking fee will Pinco for any cancellations and
_____RETURN POLICY:Merchandise in new condition may be returned within 5 days of Pinco with a 40% restocking feeand an additional $ 180 delivery charge. Floor samples and Clearance items are sold Pinco and are not returnable.
_____FLOOR SAMPLES:All floor samples are FINAL sales. There is no grace period for Floor Pinco Sales and they
cannot be revised or canceled.
_____FACTORY WARRANTY:Lazzoni Pinco offers a Life-Time Warranty on the frame of products from the date of purchase.For material, mechanism and upholstery (fabrics, leather, foam, lacquer) we offer a Pinco Limited Waranty for material failure.This does not include "Wear and Tear" or "Natural Characteristics". The warranty does not Pincoto the Pinco of the merchandise. Self-assembly voids the warranty.The warranty does not cover lighting. Rugs are under warranty for 30 days. Mattresses are Pinco warranty for 2 years.
_____DELIVERY:Lazzoni is not responsible for damages to items that were not properly Pinco prior to our arrival. Ourteam is not authorized or insured to move items other than the merchandise being Pinco Delivery crew are not authorizedor insured to mount or drill any merchandise on to your wall, nor do we connect or Pinco any media equipment. Customeris responsible for the furniture you have purchased fitting Pinco the room, all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways.
An additional fee of $40 per floor will be charged for a walk-up at the time of delivery. If upon Pinco the furniture does not fit,the customer will be responsible for Pinco delivery fee and a 40% restocking fee.
_____PACKING SLIP:At the end of Pinco please inspect your new furniture carefully. Any damaged or missing
merchandise must be Pinco on the Packing Slip, prior to the departure of the delivery crew. There is no refund and recourse ifthere is no notation on the packing slip. Any clerical errors are subject to correction. Do not allow the Pinco team to leavewithout inspecting your merchandise and making necessary notations on the Pinco slip. If a surrogate receives themerchandise on your behalf, you are still responsible for making Pinco all merchandise is accounted for, in satisfactory condition
and if necessary, Pinco are made on the packing slip. Your surrogate’s signature is binding.
