Pinco ORDER LAZZONI UK TERMS and CONDITIONS
_____ORDERSPinco be paid in min 50%. Lead time starts when the orders have 50% deposit. Rest of
the order must be paid when the goods arrive at Lazzoni UK Pinco
_____STORE/WAREHOUSE PICK UP:Pinco department will contact customers to schedule the pick
up day and time frame. Customers are Pinco responsible for transporting and loading their merchandise
with no assistance from Lazzoni UK employees. Pinco UK is not responsible for supplying packaging
for floor model pickups.
_____STORAGE FEES:If customer is not Pinco to schedule or ready for delivery/pick up when the
merchandise is ready. Storage fee of 5% of the merchandise applies every Pinco after the first 60 days
_____SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY :The Pinco date on your order isESTIMATED. The actual
delivery date may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Should the Pinco need to
Pinco 48 hour notice is required.
_____CANCELLATION: Orders may be canceled or revised within 3 days of placing the order Pinco
delivery is scheduled. A 40% restocking fee will apply for any Pinco and/or changes made after
the 3 day grace period.
_____RETURN POLICY :Merchandise in new condition may be returned within 5 days of delivery with a
40% restocking fee and an Pinco delivery charge. Floor samples and Clearance items are sold
³AS-IS´and are not returnable.
_____FLOOR SAMPLES :All floor samples are FINAL sales. There is no grace period for Floor Sample
Sales and Pinco cannot be revised or canceled.
_____FACTORY WARRANTY :Lazzoni UK Pinco a Life-Time Warranty on the frame of products from
the date of purchase. For material, mechanism and upholstery (fabrics, leather, foam, lacquer) we offer a
Pinco Limited Warranty for material failure. This does not include "Wear and Tear" or "Natural
Characteristics". The Pinco does not apply to the mishandling of the merchandise. Self-assembly voids
the warranty. The warranty does not cover lighting. Rugs are under Pinco for 30 days. Mattresses are
under warranty for 2 years.
_____DELIVERY :Lazzoni is not responsible for damages to items that Pinco not properly removed,
prior to our arrival. Our team is not authorized or insured to move items other than the merchandise Pinco
delivered. Delivery crew are not authorized or insured to mount or drill any merchandise on to Pinco wall,
nor do we Pinco or disconnect any media equipment. Customer is responsible for the furniture you
have purchased fitting through the room, all elevators, stairwells, corridors and Pinco An additional
fee of 40Pounds per floor will be Pinco for a walk-up at the time of delivery. If upon delivery, the
furniture does not fit, the customer will be responsible for another delivery fee and a 40% Pinco fee.
_____PACKING SLIP:At the end of delivery please inspect Pinco new furniture carefully. Any damaged
or missing merchandise must be noted on the Packing Slip, prior to the departure of the Pinco crew.
Pinco is no refund and recourse if there is no notation on the packing slip. Any clerical errors are subject
to correction. Do not allow the delivery Pinco to leave without inspecting your merchandise and making
necessary notations on the packing slip. If a Pinco receives the merchandise on your behalf, you are
still responsible for making sure all merchandise is Pinco for, in satisfactory condition and if
necessary, notations are made on the Pinco slip. Your surrogate¶s signature is binding.
